At NoVo, we believe the best way to spread holiday cheer is… waffles. And fruit. And maybe some socks with snowflakes and candy canes.
This December, our residents kicked off the season with a cozy holiday breakfast, complete with fresh bananas, juicy clementines, a tower of apples, and enough granola bars to fuel a full day of festive fun. Our community lounge turned into a holly jolly hotspot, filled with the smell of waffles crisping up in the iron and the sight of friends gathered around festive décor, mugs in hand. (Yes, there was coffee. We’re not monsters.)
And because no winter celebration is complete without a little surprise, we topped it off with a special treat: a bucket overflowing with funky, cheerful holiday socks. From classic holiday prints to bold and cozy designs, these socks were a crowd favorite. Perfect for keeping toes warm during snowy strolls around the First Settlement neighborhood.
